Our client uses agile development practices, occasional paired development, and has an in-place and well-tested code base. They believe in test-driven development and building by features. Developers aren’t locked into a single part of the coding, but get to work from the UI all the way to the database.
The right candidate will be fluent with a few of the following technologies, familiar with most: Ruby, Rails, Git, JQuery, Cucumber, CruiseControl, Apache, Passenger, Shoulda, MySQL, and Capistrano.
