Our client, is a leading and rapidly growing consulting business specialising in the design, development and delivery of enterprise grade quality assured business solutions. With their head office based in Melbourne, the Sydney practice is rapidly growing by attracting a range of premier projects in verticals that include banking and finance, c2b retail solutions, health and utility applications. The opportunity now exists for you to complement their team as Developer / Software Engineer by demonstrating exceptional development experience in either a .Net or J2EE framework environment. In exchange, the company will expose you to projects that will allow you to shine and stay in touch with the 'latest of the latest'. They train you in the Ruby on Rails production frameworks and if you don't have it already Agile Methodologies.
The successful candidate will have:-
A minimum 6 years experience working as an A/P or software engineer
Expert knowledge in either a J2EE, .Net or related environments
Have a technology background that is not only deep but also broad covering a ranch of different integration, database and web app platforms
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and communicate complex issues
Permanent Resident Visa Status
Key responsibilities include:-
Working on business critical development projects in tightly a integrated team
Be expert in your application of technologies both in depth and breadth
Leverage Agile Methodologies (XP & Scum) to deliver rapid outcomes
