JOB DESCRIPTION
Entente is looking for an experienced Rails developer to join our small team. You will be working in an environment that values your thoughts and cultivates your innovative ideas. Our ideal developer is highly self-motivated, intellectually curious, and is passionate about their work. Attention to detail is essential, and you will be expected to write elegant, stable, and efficient code. You should be comfortable contributing to many different areas of a project, and should be able to work beyond your usual responsibilities.

Initial responsibilities will cover the development of a VoIP web application and management system.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 1 year Ruby on Rails experience – 2 years preferred
• Experience working on a small, Agile team with short development cycles
• Knowledge and experience of behavior-driven development, RSpec preferred
• Strong experience with Linux/Unix and familiar with open source software development
• Ability to work under pressure to fulfill urgent deadlines when needed
• Passionate about technology systems with strong desire to learn about our industry
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent

LOCATION
Applicant must live in the Los Angeles area or be willing to relocate.
