We have an *immediate* opening for an experienced Rails Developer.

What you can expect:

• Implementing all code -Test-First- (Red/Green/Refactor)

• 75% + work onsite (there is flexibility with the schedule but a demand for visibility)

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of web development.

• 1+ years of Rails experience and at least one deployed app.

• Comfortable with the command line.

• Knowledge of AJAX, JS, HTML, SQL, CSS, etc.

• Experience with Object Oriented Programming in Java, C++ and/or .NET a plus.

• Experience with Flash/Flex a plus.

• Sysadmin, performance tuning or deployment experience a plus.
