Requirements: 1-3 yrs experience
- Experience with object-oriented programming utilizing MVC application frameworks
- Experience using Ruby on Rails (exposure to engines, components and plugins is a plus)
- Experience writing XHTML and CSS
- Experience writing JavaScript and using major JavaScript libraries such as jQuery
- Experience with database principles and using MySQL
- Experience with revision control systems such as SVN
- Exposure to working with Unix or Linux environments
- Enthusiastic and interested in social media marketing
- A startup mentality with a whatever it takes approach to accomplishing goals
- Well grounded and flexible when it comes to solving challenges
- Willingness to learn rapidly and adapt as things iteratively change
- Resourceful to suggest alternatives and share ideas
- Ability to work well with team members and communicate effectively
- Desire to work in a Mac OS X environment, office is over 90% Mac
- Ability to commute by car or rail to downtown Atlanta
