Currently based in central London with offices globally they are looking for a number of Rails Developers to join the expanding team to work on all future projects. This company are one to watch, they have already established themselves within the Rails sector and strive to keep up-to-date with all aspects of opensource technologies. # The position

You will be completely focused on new project driven work getting involved in the design, development and realises of our new complex websites and internal applications from the ground up.

As part of a highly dynamic team you will work on short to medium term projects working strictly to the TDD/Agile processes. With in our team there is no hierarchy, we're growing but simply not big enough yet.

All development is discussed between the team so if you have an idea that sounds promising, we will run with it!!

During your time you will be constantly pushing boundaries finding new solutions whilst defining the architecture to implement solutions to improve the way the company uses technology.

# The technical stuff

To be considered you will be highly efficient in the following areas;

2 + years Ruby, Ruby on Rails (RoR)

A background in one or more of the following Java, C++, Perl or PHP

MySQL

Linux

XHTML, CSS and JavaScript

Agile, TDD or Paired Programming exposure

In addition, if you have exposure/experience in developing large scalable web-based apps, this is a massive advantage
