We have a solid business model that has been vetted by the market over the past four years, and we're seeking a talented Operations Manager to join our team.

The Operations Manager is directly responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, availability, scalability, and reliability of all company infrastructure. In addition to assuring the smooth operation of all of the company’s internal and external systems the Operations Manager is responsible for customer service, as well as internal project management.

All of our systems are built from the ground up on Ruby on Rails, and we've had systems in production for over 4 years.  Our team is globally distributed and almost completely virtual. Results matter -your location doesn't.

Here's our wish list:

* 3+ years experience in managing highly available Internet systems running Linux

   * 2+ years project management and planning experience

   * 1+ years hands-on experience deploying Ruby on Rails applications

   * 1+ years experience managing customer service and vendors

   * Detail focused and well organized

   * Ability to work within a distributed environment

   * Highly motivated, flexible, self-directed and able to manage multiple projects

   * Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently

   * CS degree or equivalent
