We are looking for an RoR Architect/Lead Developer.

Job Profile:

This person will have the overall responsibility for providing the technical leadership and direction for the platform/product.

-Will head the development team responsible for development and maintenance of the platform.

-Understand the overall technical architecture of the current platform and provide architectural inputs for new features to be developed on the site

-Plan and implement with the team any architectural improvements/optimization of the platform

-Create High level and detailed design for new implementation

-Technical evaluation of off-the-shelf products and integrating it with the platform

-Plan and manage the development and testing activities

-Programming and testing of code where required

Idea candidate would be passionate about web based development and RoR. He/she will have 6 to 8 years of experience and would have designed/developed and deployed web based solutions- with at least last 2 years of experience in RoR.

Person will be based in Pune.
