Beacon Interactive Systems is an established yet fast-growing company with a growing customer and product base. We are looking for Ruby on Rails developers to help take our collaboration and process enablement solutions to the next level.

As a member of a multi-discipline team, you will work with business analysts, architects and other programmers in order to create rich web-based applications in an Agile environment. You will be pushing the envelope on how RoR is utilized within organizations through the development of modules and plug-ins that combine workflow and process with social networking, collaboration and content creation.

Required Skills:

* Demonstrated experience in developing Ruby on Rails software

* 2 – 5 years work experience developing production-ready web applications

* Comfort with Agile development practices and test-driven development

* Experience with plug-ins / AJAX

* Ability to contribute in a team atmosphere yet be a self-starter

* Desire for a challenge and skilled problem solving
