What we need from you:

* Expert-level knowledge of Ruby on Rails (2 years+)

* Have delivered great technology quickly and understand how to ship in a fast-changing environment

* Know and live by Agile and Test-Driven Development precepts

* Comfortbale with XP environment

* Have a can-do attitude, from server setup and build maintenance through to QA and feature delivery

* Thorough understanding of/can work with:

* RSpec/Webrat/Selenium

* CSS/Javascript/JQuery

* Thin/NGinx/Mongrel

* Amazon EC2/S3

* CSV and XML data feed integration
