Behavior driven development and experience using software patterns.
Min of 18 months of professional/commercial experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
Mac OSX / Must have an active Git hub Account / Json / Agile methods etc..
Rails application deployment and tuning experience on *nix servers.
Outstanding application design and a proactive outlook toward usability.
