- ZaSocial – Designing and building online communities /networks, social apps/games, social commerce platforms, and social CRM tools

- ZaMobile – Designing and building apps/games for iOS and Android based mobile devices and tablets

 ZaCloud - Conceptualizing cloud strategy, defining cloud-architecture , migrating your product / service on the cloud, and continued monitoring and management

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Ruby on Rails web development framework and should have developed database-driven Ruby on Rails applications for e-commerce websites/content management systems/custom websites.

• Strong skills and abilities to understand database and xml schemas.

• Good understanding of UX and UI design to take presentation layer design decisions.

• Strong exposure to web development in general: HTML, JS and CSS.

• Requirements gathering and analysis skills

• Can mentor and lead a team of freshers.

• Track record of success in previous developer role.

• Knowledge in OO web development and industry standard best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support custom applications built on Ruby on Rail.

• Provide key hands-on development skills to projects.

• Follow specifications, plans and designs in order to analyze complex and business critical software solutions.

• Utilize appropriate software engineering best practices.

• Individual should be a self starter, work independently or as a team member, and have strong communication skills in interfacing with various stakeholders.

• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, to meet deadlines and complete tasks in timely manner as assigned

• Participates in project team activities and contributes to documentation requirements consistent with methodology

• Able to work collaboratively with other developers.
