On-Site.com is a highly-profitable, mid-sized (about one hundred employees), provider of technology services to the multi-family housing industry. Our customers manage tens if not hundreds of apartment buildings, and they use our products to find new tenants, screen them, and even sign and print their lease paperwork.

For the past seven years we've expanded both our product offerings and our customer base, enabling us to grow almost constantly throughout our entire existence. Continuing this growth requires hiring the smartest and most productive people we can find ... and that's where you come in.

We are currently seeking superior Ruby on Rails developers. An ideal candidate will:

* Feel passionate about programming (if you have never programmed "just for fun", this isn't the company for you)

* Practice test-first development (TDD)

* Write clean, readable, and extensible code

* Be proficient in Ruby and Rails

* Have demonstrated experience with Javascript, jQuery, CSS, and web development in general

* Be reasonably familiar with and skilled at using Linux; bonus points for Ubuntu familiarity

* Enjoy working in small teams

* Have strong fundamental computer science skills
