Ruby on Rails Developer (RoR) sought by dynamic technology focussed eCommerce start-up. This company is passionate about Open Source technology, contributing back to forums, particularly with Ruby on Rails but also using Mocha, Cruisecontrol, Beanstalkd, Memcached, Hoptoad, Solr, Selenium. You will design and develop new features in an Agile development environment, using pair programming, two week sprint cycles and daily Scrum meetings. You will also have time allocated on a weekly basis to dedicate to personal projects and exploring new technologies.

Requirements:

· Enthusiastic about technology, creative

· Passion for Ruby on Rails

· Experience of working in an Agile development environment

· Web 2.0 experience
