We have a requirement for FULLTIME (Permanent) Ruby on Rails developer for one of our large client at Bay Area, CA.

About the client :

Client is a super-fast growing player in the enterprise applications space. And unlike almost everyone else in enteprise apps, they use Ruby on Rails.

They have recived a $7.5 million Series C financing recently.

About the positin:

* Basically the projects here are kind of all over the board, and they need someone who wants to solve all kinds of problems (UI rendering, product design, etc) not strictly backend, if that makes sense.

So we would like them to be:

* a quick learner and good communicator. After all, we all have more fun if we understand what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, and how it can be made better.

* knows what’s going on in the community

* is passionate about something and can explain what and why

* Used Ruby on Rails for a minimum of 2 years on the front end.

*knows Javascript and HTML
