在线消费信贷系统的设计、架构与开发；

开发团队管理，包括制定计划、解决难题、工作评估及人员招聘等；

领导开发团队与公司其他部门的沟通与交流。

要求:

两年以上web系统开发经验；

实际生产环境下的Ruby on Rails开发经验；

熟悉常用数据库，熟练掌握SQL语句；

熟练利用Ajax进行用户交互设计；

熟悉git及Rails系统部署；

熟练利用Rspec进行测试驱动开发；

良好的沟通能力；

自我激励与自我管理；

能够适应快速的工作节奏；

对web新技术充满热情

Company:

Company is a social enterprise in the Internet consumer finance industry started by a Stanford alumni, and currently stationed at the China Entrepreneur's incubation center in Beijing. Current development team consists of top ruby on rails developers in China with vast experience in building scalable architectures.

Responsibilities:

Design, architect and implement the online consumer finance system.

Manage development team including providing guidance, troubleshooting, estimating and recruiting

Be a leader and collaborate with product management and others in the organization

Requirements:

2+ years' experience building web applications

Practical, demonstrable experience in building web applications using Ruby on Rails

Knowledge of relational database design and SQL

Experience building rich interactions through AJAX

Strong knowledge of git and application deployment

Experience with test driven development using RSpec

Excellent communication skills

Self-motivated and self-managed

Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, dynamic environment

A passion for the technologies of the web

Team management experience is a big plus.

Functional use of English a big plus too.
