Must Have’s:
MUST have outstanding skills in Ruby on Rails, AJAX, ERB, RJS, YAML, REST, Capistrano
MUST have a strong background using XHTML/CSS, Prototype, Javascript, SQL, MVC, ORM, Apache, and Unix
MUST have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar background
