Required Qualifications
· Experience with Ruby on Rails required.
· Experience with web development (HTTP, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Javascript).
· Skilled at requirements gathering, user testing, and feature definition.
· Good sense of design when going from requirements to implementation.
· Strong ability to add "polish" and deliver complete and usable systems.
· B.S. in Computer Science, HCI, or 3+ years of development experience preferred.
· Experience in growing large-scale and data-intensive Rails infrastructure a plus.
