To become a successful candidate, we are looking for someone who have :

* 3 years + Web base/online solution commercial development experience

* 2 years + Ruby on Rails commercial development experience

* Strong Javascript development experience

* Linux/Unix Command Line knowledge

* PHP/MySQL experience

* Excellent Communication Skills and Writing Skills

* Enjoy learning and love problem solving

* SEO knowledge (not essential but desirable)
