A colleague is looking for a seasoned Ruby/Rails developer to work full-time at an L.A.-based healthcare IT firm. The person must have extensive enterprise-scale OOP design and implementation experience (presumably Java and/or .NET) as well as being extremely good with Rails ActiveRecord.
The position has great benefits including a pension plan (!), healthcare, paid parking, etc. Relocation to L.A. is a possibility if an excellent candidate is living out-of-area. Really a very fine opportunity for an expert developer.
