Six month contract. Can telecommute. Client requires the contractor live in the northeast.Company is in the Boston area.

Company uses Code generator in Rails. Must be willing and enthusiastic for using the code generator.

Hardworking, dynamic developer to help a client build and maintain a new and exciting web based reputation management marketing application.

The successful job candidate will posses the following skills and abilities:

-Ability to work well in a small team

-Self directed/Self learner

-Perform in a fast paced environment

-Excellent communication skills

-Ruby experience a must

-Mastery of object oriented concepts

-Familiarity with Rails, Linux, SQL, HTML, JavaScript

Interest in Open Source

Job responsibilities include all stages of software development (design, code, test) plus system troubleshooting and maintenance.

US Citizenship or Green Card is required.

w-2 rate is in the 50's/hour
