Here’s what we’re looking for:

- You rock the basics — linux or osx, zend, ruby+rails or some other scripting web framework, sql, html, css, javascript

- You grok the web. You get HTTP status codes, know how to avoid XSS, have built and worked with web APIs, speak fluent REST

- You have a few interesting side projects because you’re intellectually adventurous. Also, you think they’re fun

- You thrive on solving big problems with smart people. Our space is nascent and there is no shortage of interesting work to do

- You have a track record of going from idea to launch and thrive in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment
