You will have approximately 5 years of commercial software engineering experience and have excellent communication skills. You will be highly aware of agile development methodologies and be comfortable about discussing their place within industry and projects. You will be comfortable mentoring junior software engineers and not shy in imparting your knowledge and sharing your experiences.
