Job Title: Senior Ruby on Rails Developer/Architect is required for a leading online development company based just outside of Paddington Station (West London)

The Position: As a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer/Architect you will work directly under the Head of Product Development remaining technically hands on whist leading multiple Rails based projects within and Agile/TDD environment using RSpec. The development team works directly with the designers, project managers and BAs as communication between all areas of the business is paramount due to the high volume of projects that are underway at anyone time. With this in mind; you will play a big part in making key, influential technical decisions based on you excellent Rails knowledge and experience!

Experience Needed: Ruby on Rails Development experience is a MUST, along with a solid development/team lead background that demonstrates your involvement of mapping out new system architecture based on Rails or other MVC frameworks.
