They are only considering Senior Ruby on Rails Developers. They are competitive in compensation and will re-locate the right candidates to Chicago.
They are using web advertising to promote businesses and restaurants in cities around the US.
Requirements:
Thorough knowledge of Ruby on Rails - Min of 3 years experience developing R o R
Proven track record with high-traffic public facing sites
Familiarity with agile software methodologies - able to thrive in a fast-paced, highly-collaborative environment
Strong commitment to quality
Thorough understanding of software testing (RSpec, Cucumber, Testing)
Desired Skills:
Performance profiling/tuning in a high traffic environment
Platform integration - building and consuming APIs under high volume
Previous startup experience
Mobile
