We are looking for

A strong RoR Web Developer

The ideal candidate must possess:

•A very high level of attention to detail as well as be extremely accountable and responsible

•Someone who likes to break and fix things to see what is going on and how it is done

•Stays up to date on the latest technologies around

•Someone who can get the job done in the time frames allotted, multi-tasker, efficient, accurate, and passionate about the work you are doing

•CREATIVITY

•Must have previous Ad Agency experience

•Must be proficient on the entire Ruby on Rails stack

Job responsibilities

•Must know how to create, test, fix, and de-bug application for projects on the RoR platform for the clients you work with

•Multi-tasking between many types of projects

Job skills and experience

•At least 2-3 years working with PHP, Java, or similar platform ( this could include similar database experience such as Oracle ect)

• At least 1 year of working with the Ruby language and the Rails framework

• At least 2-3 years of standards compliant HTML/XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript (cross-platform browser compatibility a must)

• Must possess JavaScript skill sets

• Must have a strong knowledge base in OO programming /practices

• Bachelors' in Computer Science or a related field or have equivalent experience

• Experience in pair programming and test driven development

•Excellent communication skills
