Responsibilities:

Develop the frontend as well as the back end.

(Hire and) Lead the entire tech team

Requirements:

Extensive skills and web development experience in Ruby on Rails

Database: MySql/ PostgreSQL or NoSql

Have experience with an MVC web framework

Skills in HTML5, CSS3, javascript & jquery (or YUI)

Ability to work independently & take initiative

Excellent communication skills

Bonus (preferred but not a must):

Knowledge of Facebook / Twitter API or experience developing Facebook or Twitter applications

Experience with mobile application development

Knowledge of user interface design principles and practices
