I am looking for a top Ruby on Rails Developer to work for one of my leading london based clients. They are doing big things and are voted the no.1 Rails company to work for in London.

They are heavily focused within the opensource/Rails market and all team members are core contributers to either rails plugin's, bug fixes etc.

Current work is carried out using Ruby/Rails to strict agile with weekly sprints using TDD, BDD testing with Rspec/Cucumber. Most of the team are currently working on a Mac OSX however some are known to use Debian or Ubuntu on the Linux OSX.

Did I mention you are also given time to work on personal projects? How good is that!!!

You will have experience in developing multiple rails based applications using the above along with good front-end knowledge in various JavaScript Liraries i.e. JQuery, Script.aculo.us and Prototype.

In addition if you've developed any mobile apps using Objective C, Cocoa or RubyCocoa... highlight it in your e-mail!! It's a massive bonus!!!
