I am looking for someone to develop a basic version of a database-driven app I need developing in RoR.
Clean coding and good documentation are especially important as I would like to be able to contribute to the site's onward development myself.

User management
frontend and backend
integration in basic static HTML ERB AJAX site
Functions
Simple Ajax-based forms to call up static HTML and database content.
Search for text in database
Search XML files and retrieve and display tagged content based on search term
