Job Description:

They are looking for people who love a fast-paced, informal and agile environment, where constant change is the norm and the bar for quality is set high. Passionate about open source software and communities, the ideal candidate will need to write clean, understandable and quality code (with tests). An enthusiasm about building and delivering excellent, intuitive user experiences is essential, as is an ability to learn quickly.

Candidate Requirements:

A proven track record of web application development with OOP (3+ years) and advanced knowledge of SQL, XHTML, Javascript/DHTML/AJAX and CSS (3+ years) is essential. A strong working knowledge of Ruby on Rails or other MVC frameworks is also vital, as is experience with source control systems (git a plus). Senior developers should have experience with TDD/BDD (working knowledge of Shoulda and Cucumber a plus) and also proven commercial experience with Ruby on Rails. Advanced working knowledge of JavaScript and its popular frameworks and Linux server administration is an advantage.
