AdEx Media is a fast-growing online marketing company looking for a well-rounded Rails developer to help design and build web applications critical to our growth & success.

- Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Content Management
- Customer Service
The ideal person for our team will have significant web development experience and have spent at least 2-3 years working with Rails. Our engineering team is small, but we’re very passionate about technology and what we do. If the following things excite you, then we want to talk to you:
- Ruby and object-oriented programming
- Rails
- Testing (Test::Unit, Rspec, Shoulda, etc…)
- MySQL (including database design and performance tuning)
- Apache
- Passenger
- Prototype & jQuery
- Ubuntu Linux
- Capistrano
- Modern HTML & CSS skills (we’re not css trolls by any means)
This position can be either employee or 1099 contractor status. Compensation and role will be based on experience.
Our headquarters are in Mountain View, CA, but we have both employees and contractors who work remotely.
